The Certificate III in Stonemasonry (Monumental/Installation) provides comprehensive training in all
practical and theoretical aspects of the stonemasonry trade. Wherever possible, work is undertaken
on full-size projects at Holmesglen in its specially designed facilities. This course equips students
with the skills of a stonemason.
On satisfactory completion of this course students may enter the Certificate IV in Building and
Construction (Building) or the Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
The Certificate IV course provides training for those wishing to undertake large scale and more
complex projects and the Diploma provides the skills and knowledge needed to plan and coordinate
the construction of low-rise residential and commercial buildings. For more information on these
