COURSE DESCRIPTION/SKILLS COVERED
5 core units: Contribute
to copyright, ethics and
privacy in an IT environment; match IT needs with
the strategic direction of the enterprise; install
and manage complex ICT networks; implement
server virtualisation for a sustainable ICT system;
produce an ICT network architecture design; plus
11 electives.
Student’s courses are mapped to Industry
Certifications from Microsoft and CISCO.
Students will learn to install and operate enterprise
messaging and content management and
collaboration tools, namely Microsoft Exchange,
SharePoint and Office 365. They will also explore
installation, configuration, and management of
VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V, as well
as the CISCO CCNA and
Linux topics.
