How it works

Students can create personalised brochures directly from your website. Your agents and staff by logging into our portal.
Everyone can create the brochure they need, using only the information they want.
1.

Set up the file

Using a supplied Adobe InDesign file (packaged with all links and fonts), our team programs it to work with our Easy Brochure Builder(EBB). Variable data fields are added throughout to allow for personalisation/contextualisation, and content is mapped for customisation.

Design and develop an EBB landing page

A unique landing page is then designed and developed, which is hosted by us. This is the interface your students (or agents or staff) will use to interact with EBB to build their customised brochure.

Personalise with variable data

Based on information entered by the students, agents or your staff, EBB dynamically inserts personal information about the student in different places in the brochure whilst contextualising the entire brochure to align with the student’s aspiration.

Customise your content

EBB can dynamically add or remove any content you have made customisable. For example, in a course guide you can allow students to add additional information that they may be interested in such as employment opportunities, visa requirements and about your city.

5.

Promote the EBB landing page

A unique URL is created which can be promoted on your website, or any other print or digital marketing channel. The URL will appear like: www.InstitutionName. easybrochurebuilder.com.

6.

Collect data

The invaluable information captured during interaction with EBB can then be fed back into your database, forming the basis for future cross-media marketing campaigns.
