“With my courses at UQ, I got to travel to
so many islands and national parks: it was
the BEST way to learn about Australia. It
was very hands-on and we would actually
travel to places for practical learning.
For example, in Marine Biology, my class
went to a research station on Moreton
Island, right on the water. I would advise
other students wanting to come to UQ to
stay for two semesters rather than one as
everyone I’ve met wishes they could have
stayed longer.”
