The grades listed should be considered a guide to the entry level normally required
for our Standard Program. Where students do not have their fnal results from their
Year 11 or Year 12 studies, forecast results are accepted in most cases. We may
offer our Standard Plus Program to students whose school results do not meet the
Standard Program requirements.

High School Diploma – GPA 3.0 or B average
Australia
NSW Higher School Certifcate – ATAR 65 (or equivalent in other Australian States)
Students who have completed Year 11 may apply for our Standard Plus Program.
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents refer to page 24 for conditions
British System/UK
IGCSE (O – levels) – B grade average
GCC Countries
Arabic Curriculum – Completion of Year 12, high average in relevant subjects
Hong Kong
HKDSE – Score of 11 points over 5 best subjects
Form 5 school based assessment is also considered for entry to UFS programs
Indonesia
SMU 3 – good average in academic subjects
International Baccalaureate
Year 2 of the Diploma / Certifcates with 12 points over 4 subjects
Japan
General Upper Secondary School Year 3 – B average in relevant subjects
Korea
High School / National Exam (Year 3): Average rank = 4
Macau
English medium schools – 65% average in Form 5
Chinese medium schools – 70% average in Form 5
Malaysia
SPM (or forecast) – B average or UEC - B5/B6 average
New Zealand
NCEA level 3 and level 2 (Merit average over 14 units in four relevant subjects)
Peoples’ Republic Of China
Senior Middle 3 (School Year 12) 80% average over main academic subjects
Gao Er and Gaokao also accepted for entry into UFS programs
Russia
Certifcate Secondary Education – Grade 4 average
Saudi Arabia
Tawjihiyah (General Secondary Education Certifcate) 90% average in relevant subjects
Singapore
GCE O – Level (or forecast) Secondary Four (Express) – B4 average
Taiwan
Senior High School Year 3 – B Grade average (70%)
Thailand
Matayom 6 – minimum average GPA of 2.2 (C and B grade average)
Vietnam
Diploma of General Education – average grade 6.5
Other Countries
