UNSW Foundation Studies was established in 1988 and is
the longest running and leading provider of pre-university
programs in Australia, offering students a smooth transition into
undergraduate studies. Foundation Studies programs provide
both a university entry qualifcation and the specifc skills and
knowledge required to be successful in future studies.

A Range of Academic Programs
We offer students the opportunity to commence a UNSW
Foundation Studies program at 6 different times during the
year. This choice of programs caters for different academic
levels. It offers students the option of choosing a slower pace
of tuition, helping them to enhance their academic performance
for entry to and success in their undergraduate degree at
UNSW. Students may also choose a faster pace, if they meet
requirements, reducing the living cost and cost of tuition.
