Conditions of Enrolment
UNSW Global Pty Limited is a leader
in the provision of education, training
and consulting services. It is a not-for-
proft, wholly owned enterprise of the
University of New South Wales.
UNSW Global is recognised internationally and comprises
a number of education groups acknowledged for their
educational excellence and teaching quality. The education
groups include UNSW Foundation Studies which is Australia’s
leading provider of university preparation programs and UNSW
Institute of Languages which was Australia’s frst university
language centre.
The conditions of enrolment for UNSW Foundation Studies
and UNSW Institute of Languages explain students’, parents’
and guardians’ rights and responsibilities, as well as UNSW
Global’s responsibilities.
The conditions of enrolment cover
the following areas:
• enrolment
• attendance
• student welfare
• withdrawing from your course of study
• course fee and other refunds
• complaining and appealing decisions about your studies that
you do not agree with
• your privacy as a student
• personal information we collect, why we need it and what we
do with it
• notifying us when you change your address
• care arrangements for international students under 18 years
of age
• minimum age requirements
• variations of these conditions of enrolment.
Before you apply to study with us you must read through
the Conditions of Enrolment. It is very important that you read
and understand these before you enrol to study with us so
that you fully understand your responsibilities as a student
at UNSW Global. It is also important that we make clear our
responsibilities as your Australian education provider.
These conditions of enrolment will form part of your enrolment
contract with UNSW Global.
