Step 2 Complete the Chisholm application form

Step 4 Certify copies of the following documents and
send both applications to Chisholm
All senior secondary and post-secondary certifcates
and results.
Your most recent English language test results.

Step 5 Chisholm International offce will assess your
application and send two Letters of Offer
The Chisholm offer will include:
• Chisholm course details and fees
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the full
duration of your packaged courses
• Packaged offer deposit amount
• Details of other services if requested on the
application.
The university offer will include:
• Degree course details and fees
• Confrmed credit transfers and reduced course
duration
• Conditions of admission (for example, achieving a
credit average in Chisholm diploma study).
Step 6 To accept your packaged offer prepare the
following
Chisholm Institute
Chisholm Course Acceptance form
Payment of Chisholm deposit
Documents to satisfy any offer condition
La Trobe University
La Trobe University Acceptance form
Degree deposit fee made out to La Trobe University
Deakin University
Deakin University Acceptance form
Degree deposit fee made out to Chisholm
Step 7 Chisholm will email you Confrmation of
Enrolment (CoE) for each packaged course and
a confrmation letter that confrms the date you
must arrive at Chisholm for orientation.
Packaged offer applications
Education agents
You may choose to use an education agent to
help you with your packaged offer application.
Any registered Chisholm agent may submit a La
Trobe University packaged offer application to
Chisholm.
Any registered Deakin University agent may
submit a Deakin University packaged offer
application to Chisholm.
